In charge of desserts and pastries for the Belles Rives Group since January 2012, Steve Moracchini, elected "Pastry Chef of the Year 2016" by Gault & Millau, offers a collection of pastries to take away at the Belles Rives Beach or at the Fitzgerald Bar.
